I do strive to make healthier desserts, however I feel like I need to put a disclaimer here. Not all (heck likely the majority) of the desserts posted to date are treats or “indulgences”. Some have been cleaned up, had the dairy or gluten removed but this does not necessarily mean they are “good” for you.
I myself am not a big sweets eater however I realize that there are a lot of people out there that are, so I am going to do my best to create some treats that are are “guilt free” as possible. I will be classifying some treats specifically as an indulgence to highlight those that may be high in sugars, fat and calories. I hope this will help you to sort through all of the goodies.
