4When I started this blog I was in my mid-20s, I have now moved on into my 30s and I am feeling healthier, faster, happier, and fitter than ever before.  I originally began this blog as a way to keep myself accountable to my health and fitness goals and also to help share my story and struggles as I moved towards a version of myself I knew I could be proud of.

1Since originally embarking on this journey of health and fitness I have become a personal trainer, lived in a jungle in Costa Rica while becoming a Registered Yoga Teacher and most recently went back to school to become a Registered Holistic Nutritionist (R.H.N).

I work as a yoga teacher at a local studio in Ottawa, along with offering private personal training sessions, and most recently will be joining a nutrition group in order to expand my community net so that I can work towards hopefully inspiring, supporting and encouraging as many individuals as I can here at home and all over the world wide web.

3I have begun to live my personal truth and my day to day passion for helping others. For me food and fitness/activity has played a HUGE role in me finding my personal happiness and I hope to extend the knowledge and experience I have gained to others in order to help them find theirs.
